About
The sanatorium-preventorium is located in Karkaraly District, about 130 km from Karaganda, on a 30-hectare site. Treatment is based on iron-rich mineral water from its own springs — according to the sanatorium, the concentration of ferrous iron (60–100 mg/l) exceeds that of the famous Zheleznovodsk spring. Indications: digestive, musculoskeletal, peripheral nervous system, respiratory and skin conditions. The package price includes four meals a day.

Мы отдыхали в санатории вместе с детьми, и нам всё очень понравилось. Территория чистая, уютная, атмосфера спокойная — чувствуется забота. Персонал отличный: добрые, вежливые, всегда готовы помочь. Медицинское отделение, конечно, нуждается в ремонте, но при этом там очень чисто, аккуратно и видно, что сотрудники стараются делать всё на своём месте. В целом отдых прошёл прекрасно, мы остались довольны и с удовольствием приедем ещё.
Source →Были в Жосалы впервые. Территория ухоженная, воздух чистый. Номера простые, но аккуратные. Самое главное для нас было лечение и спокойный отдых, и это мы получили в полной мере!
Source →Отправляли маму на лечение на неделю. Переживали, понравится ли ей, потому что она человек требовательный. В итоге вернулась довольная, сказала, что давно так спокойно не отдыхала. Особенно хвалила процедуры и минеральную воду. Теперь и сами думаем приехать.
Source →Лето 2023 году мы с подругой отдыхали в санаторий Жосалы.Много разнообразных процедур,персонал отзывчивый,внимательный.Еда вкусная,приготовлена по домашнему,каждый день на полдник выпечка Замечательная природа,минеральная вода,озеро . Один минус здания старые ещё советских времён.В целом мы довольны.
Source →Убежала оттуда не оглядываясь, пробыла там два дня.В номере полулюкс не работал душ, питание отвратительное. На весь санаторий было 15 человек. Комары сожрали. Деньги не вернули.
