A five-star thermal wellness resort in the Saryagash spa area, 130 km from Shymkent. Natural mineral water with more than 30 minerals. 43 rooms of different categories (including a 350 m² Royal Suite), a restaurant, a spa with a Turkish hammam and a Finnish sauna, and two swimming pools. The room rate includes four diet meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner), balneo- and physiotherapy treatments, doctor consultations, a cinema, billiards, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish hammam, a fitness centre and indoor and outdoor pools. Economy and VIP Economy rooms are in separate buildings 200 m from the main building; treatment and meals are in the main building. Medical services included in the room rate (2026): consultations with a general practitioner, paediatrician, cardiologist and urologist; complete blood count and urinalysis; mineral baths (jacuzzi); all types of mineral showers (underwater massage shower, Charcot shower, circular and ascending shower); duodenal and blind probing (tubage); gastric lavage; physiotherapy (laser and magnetic therapy, joint phototherapy, Bioptron, ultrasound, electrophoresis, oxygen therapy, amplipulse, darsonval, UHF, SMT); ECG; therapeutic micro-enemas; paraffin-ozokerite therapy; gynaecological irrigation; herbal inhalations, phytotherapy and oxygen cocktails. Extra bed per day: child under 6 — 8,000 ₸, ages 7–12 — 15,000 ₸, 13 and older — 20,000 ₸. The medical unit is open Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 and Saturday until 15:00; closed on Sunday. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00; early check-in and late check-out cost extra (half or a full day). Bring a spa treatment card (sanatorium-resort card), and flip-flops and a swimming cap for the pool (open 8:00–23:00). Bookings must be paid in full within three days; for a no-show or early departure, 20% of the total plus one day's rate is withheld. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the complex.
