Zeren-Nur sanatorium and wellness complex stands on the south-western shore of Lake Zerenda in Zerenda District, Akmola Region, in a 13-hectare pine forest next to Kokshetau National Park. It treats cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal and nervous system conditions, as well as urological and gynaecological conditions, using balneotherapy, mud therapy, cedar barrels, laser therapy and a salt cave. The complex has 98 rooms of various categories, a 25 m indoor pool with ozone treatment, a sauna, a tennis court and a lake beach.
