The sanatorium lies in the scenic Gornaya Ulbinka valley in mountain taiga, 17 km from Ust-Kamenogorsk, at about 450 m. It treats respiratory, cardiovascular, nervous, endocrine and musculoskeletal conditions, as well as skin conditions in remission. Its signature treatment is antler (panty) therapy with antler baths, alongside massage, ozokerite therapy, therapeutic baths and physiotherapy. On site: 27 rooms, two bathhouses, an indoor and a summer pool with slides, and a trout pond.
