Tau-Tas is a network of Qazaq National Parks visitor centres with accommodation inside national parks; the Charyn site is on the plateau above the descent into the Valley of Castles. Guests stay in heated two-person glamping tents; the base is open year-round, takes up to 36 guests and is pet-friendly. According to guidebooks and booking sites, a night costs 40,000 to 75,000 tenge depending on the day of the week and the type of accommodation; book through the Charyn visitor centre or WhatsApp.
