The mountain hotel occupies 52 hectares between two lakes in a pine and birch forest within Karkaraly State National Nature Park, about 200 km from Karaganda. The complex includes a six-storey business-class building (standard rooms and junior suites) and a four-storey economy building, with capacity for about 350 guests. On site: an equipped beach, an outdoor pool, bathhouses, a spa, a rope park, catamaran and boat rental, a shooting range and billiards; meals are served buffet-style.
